A soft reboot can be helpful if your radio has become disconnected from your network for one reason or another.
If you have one of our radios with the color screen with icons-Mondo-Encore-Primo, simply press and hold the power button until the screen goes white (it will go black first), then let go and allow the radio to cycle through re-connecting. Once the radio goes to the big clock, turn it on and it should be re-connected.
If you have a Tuner, Solo or Innovator with the menu driven LCD display, press and hold the power button until "Grace Digital Radio' is displayed on the screen. Let go and allow the radio to cycle through the re-connection process. Once the time is displayed on the screen, turn it on and it should re-connect.
