Regarding Out of Warranty repairs

We have, since our beginning, been pleased to offer out of warranty repair on items that are past our normal warranty period.

The price for out of warranty on items weighing 10 lbs or less is $32.99 and for items over 10lbs $49.99, for items over 20 lbs $69.99.

Please be aware, that as time goes on, it may not be possible to repair or some legacy products.  Once we end manufacturing of a product, that means parts become scarcer.  

You would be well advised, should you have an older one of our products, to ask our customer service agents about out of warranty repair, to avoid further disappointment and the cost of shipping an item to us which may not be serviceable.

We are doing our best to accommodate your needs, however, should you send us an item which cannot be repaired, or replaced with the same item-we will offer to return the item to you, at your expense, or recycle the item with our electronic recycling.  

You will not be charged for any repair or replacement unless we are able to complete the process.
