Grace Digital has been a partner with the BBC for over 17 years to provide our customers access to all the BBC streams. However, recently they have changed their stance on companies not actively selling products in the UK as well as how certain devices can access their streams. Please see their official response to us below:
‘The BBC has made changes to the distribution of BBC UK Public Service live radio streams to ensure that they can meet the conditions of BBC’s distribution policy and in particular delivers value for UK audiences.
Alternate solutions for accessing BBC radio will remain available to audiences – the BBC Sounds application for mobile and web remains unchanged, and for connected internet radio devices users will be able to tether BBC Sounds to their devices using Bluetooth, Airplay (Grace internet radios do not have Airplay) or Chromecast. Alternatively, for UK audiences, BBC stations will remain available on FM and DAB and, where possible, through native internet radio solutions.’
We are told BBC World Service will not be affected.
